Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to sincerely thank Mr Alvin Charm for getting us a condo unit which fetches the same rental amount as a hdb flat. I was in dilemma when my divorce was over and I have to sell off my unit ASAP. I didn't have any roof whilst being pregnant and i went bizzare. But Mr Alvin went that extra mile finding the condo unit. He also made sure that we were comfortable and he also secured the unit for us. Hi Sir/Madam, I, Ms Kalaivani, who is very in debt to Mr Alvin's patience and his professionalism. I knew him through property guru website. I randomly contacted him showing him an interest on a masionette unit at Pasir ris in 2017. Till then i was still with my psychotic partner Mr Sxxxxxxxx.
